Acceptable Use Policy

Codex Giga AI Business Platform · Effective August 21, 2026 · Last updated August 21, 2026

In plain English

  • Use it to run a legitimate business — not to harass, defraud or break the law.
  • Don't upload content you have no right to upload.
  • Don't try to break, scrape, resell or overload the platform.
  • We can warn, suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

Summary only — the full text below is what applies.

1. Scope

This policy applies to every user, team member and client-portal visitor, and to all content and activity on the Service. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

2. Permitted use

The Service is licensed for managing your own business: clients, quotes, invoices, payments, purchase orders, contracts, documents, tasks, communications, estimating and reporting.

3. Prohibited conduct

  • Unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, tax evasion or issuing false invoices.
  • Uploading or transmitting content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or that exploits or endangers a person.
  • Uploading malware, or content that infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret or privacy rights.
  • Uploading personal information without the consent or authority required by law, or uploading sensitive categories of data (health records, government identifiers, biometric data) into AI prompts.
  • Sending unsolicited bulk email or messages, or using our email features for spam.
  • Impersonating another person, business or Codex Giga itself.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, scraping, benchmarking for a competing product, or bypassing usage allowances, paywalls or authentication.
  • Reselling, sublicensing or providing the Service to third parties as your own product.
  • Automated or excessive requests that degrade the Service, or sharing a single account across multiple businesses to avoid fees.
  • Creating additional accounts or email addresses to obtain more than one free trial.

4. AI-specific rules

  • Do not use AI outputs to make safety-critical, structural, legal, medical or financial decisions without qualified professional review.
  • Do not present AI output as the work of a licensed professional (for example an engineer, architect or accountant) where it is not.
  • Do not attempt to jailbreak, prompt-inject or extract system prompts or other customers' data.
  • Do not generate content that would breach section 3 if you uploaded it directly.

5. Security research

Report vulnerabilities to legal@codexgiga.app before disclosing them. Do not access other customers' data, run destructive tests, or perform denial-of-service testing. Good-faith reports that follow this rule will not be pursued by us.

6. Reporting and enforcement

Report abuse to support@codexgiga.app. Depending on severity we may issue a warning, remove content, throttle or pause a feature, suspend the workspace, terminate the account without refund for the unused period, or report the matter to law enforcement. We aim to give notice and a chance to remedy unless immediate action is needed to protect people, data or the Service.
